The form below is to book an appointment with Gabi.
​Please fill out the appointment inquiry form to request to book an appointment for any service with me. I will be happy to answer any questions you have about the service. Please give me 48 hours to respond to inquires.
Once I have received your request, I will respond using the email you provided within 48 hours. At this time I can answer any questions you have, and collect booking fee if desired.

​After we have spoken about your appointment it will then be time to pay your non-refundable booking fee, once booking fee is received then we can book your appointment. Booking fee's are non-refundable but transferable to a new appointment if you reschedule within 48 hours of yo9ur appointment time. Booking fee amounts vary by service (you can learn more about pricing on my "services" page). Booking fee's are applied to the total price of your service on the day of your appointment. These can be paid by Venmo, or Square through an invoice link. By paying a booking fee you are agreeing to these terms. If you DO NOT agree, then please DO NOT send a fee.
